“2026 World Cup t-shirt” — July 2026

Article 1 — Organiser

The “2026 World Cup t-shirt” contest (the “Contest”) was organised by:

(the “Organiser”), publisher of the Bobibets prediction game (bobibets.com and app.bobibets.com).

Article 2 — Contest period

The Contest was a one-off event held during July 2026, on the occasion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It is now closed; these rules document the conditions under which it was run.

Article 3 — Entry conditions

  • Entry was free of charge, with no purchase necessary: playing predictions on Bobibets is free, and no payment was required to enter or to be designated a winner.
  • The Contest was open to any natural person aged 18 or over holding a Bobibets account and belonging to a league that was active during the Contest period.
  • Employees and contractors of the Organiser, as well as members of their immediate family, were excluded.
  • Only one prize could be awarded per participant.

Article 4 — Designation of winners

11 winners were designated among the players ranked on the podiums (top three places) of the leagues active during the Contest period. The list of winners was finalised by the Organiser at the close of the Contest, and each winner was notified individually with a personal link to claim their prize.

Article 5 — Prize

Each winner received one (1) Bobibets t-shirt, with an indicative retail value of approximately €25 incl. VAT.

The total prize pool of the Contest therefore amounts to 11 t-shirts, i.e. an overall indicative value of approximately €275 incl. VAT.

Article 6 — Prize delivery

Prizes are shipped to the postal address provided by each winner through their claim link. Shipping costs are fully borne by the Organiser: receiving the prize entails no cost whatsoever for the winner.

A prize not claimed within the period stated in the winner’s notification is forfeited and remains the property of the Organiser.

Article 7 — Nature of the prize

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-convertible into money or any other monetary equivalent (credit note, voucher, credit, etc.). No financial compensation may be claimed in place of the prize. Should the prize become unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to replace it with a prize of equivalent nature and value.

Article 8 — Personal data

Winners’ personal data (name, postal address, email address, phone number where applicable) is collected and processed by the Organiser solely for the purpose of delivering the prize (shipping and delivery tracking). It is used for no other purpose and is retained only for as long as strictly necessary to deliver the prizes and handle any complaints.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of their data, which they may exercise by writing to support@bobibets.com. For more information, see our Privacy policy.

Article 9 — Complaints

Any question or complaint relating to the Contest may be sent to support@bobibets.com within three (3) months of the close of the Contest. No complaint will be admissible after that period.

Entering the Contest implied full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Any difficulty in interpreting or applying the rules is settled by the Organiser.

Article 10 — Governing law

These rules are governed by Estonian law.

Consumer participants residing in France retain the benefit of the mandatory provisions of French law applicable to them and may bring proceedings before French courts.
