Report content

Last updated: 19 May 2026

1. What is a content report?

Bobibets is a free social football prediction game played among friends, in which users can publish certain content (username, avatar, league name and description, profile bio).

Pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (the “Digital Services Act”, or “DSA”), any user or third party may notify Bobibets of content they consider unlawful under French or European law. This page describes the reporting procedure, how reports are handled, and the remedies available.

2. What content can be reported?

Reports may relate, in particular, to:

  • A username that is insulting, discriminatory, hateful, or impersonates someone else
  • An avatar or profile picture that is inappropriate, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights
  • A league name or description with unlawful content
  • Harassment between users
  • Content infringing copyright or a protected trademark
  • Any other content unlawful under French or European law

3. How to report

Reports are submitted by email to legal@bobibets.com. To allow diligent handling, your message should include the following information:

  • a. A precise description of the reported content (URL, screenshot, username concerned)
  • b. The reason for the report, specifying the legal grounds where possible
  • c. Your contact details (at minimum an email address for follow-up)
  • d. A good-faith statement attesting to the accuracy of the information provided

For convenience, you can use the pre-filled email template below:

4. What happens next?

In accordance with Article 17 of the DSA, every report is handled as follows:

  • Acknowledgement of receipt within 48 business hours
  • Diligent, non-arbitrary and non-discriminatory review of the information submitted
  • A reasoned decision notified to the reporter and, where applicable, to the user whose content is concerned
  • A reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days, faster for clearly founded reports

Possible measures include keeping the content in place, removing it, changing a username or avatar, deleting a league, or suspending the relevant account, depending on severity.

5. Remedies

A user whose content has been removed or restricted may challenge the decision by writing to legal@bobibets.com. The challenge is reviewed by a person distinct from the one who made the initial decision.

Pursuant to Article 21 of the DSA, you may also bring the dispute before a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body recognised by your national Digital Services Coordinator, or before the competent courts.

6. Abusive reports

In accordance with Article 23 of the DSA, manifestly unfounded or repeatedly abusive reports may lead, after a warning, to a temporary suspension of the ability to submit reports, or to suspension of the reporter’s account.

7. Personal data related to a report

Data submitted in the context of a report (identity, email address, message content) is processed by Bobibets for the sole purposes of reviewing and responding to the report, and retained for the time necessary to handle it, plus any periods required by our legal obligations. For more details, see our Privacy policy.
