Football pools are an institution. The paper coupon filled in at the corner shop, a weekend ritual handed down for generations. We’re not here to mock it: the pools invented something magical — ten predictions on one ticket, and a heartbeat that lasts until the final whistle.

But the format has two limits. One: it’s real money — perfectly legal, regulated, adults only. Two: you play against an anonymous crowd. Thousands of coupons out there, and when you come one match short of perfection, nobody knows. A 10-out-of-10 deserves better than silence.

What is Loto Bobi?

It’s your league’s consensus ticket, 1 bobi per match, in the spirit of Sniper mode. The league ticket then shows four things:

1. the group’s majority pick on each match — what your league, collectively, believes;
2. your alignment with the group — are you running with the herd or against it?;
3. the group’s confidence — how sure your league is, match by match;
4. the consensus result — once every match of the matchday is finished, the ticket shows the group’s correct picks, payout and net (the consensus plays like a virtual player, 1 bobi per match), with a WINNING or LOSING TICKET stamp.

The odds are real bookmaker odds, locked in the moment you place your pick. A gutsy call on an underdog is worth more than a safe one on the favourite — just like in real life, minus the credit card.

The maths, in plain sight

Example: three picks at 1.50, 2.10 and 4.50. Go perfect and you collect 1.50 + 2.10 + 4.50 = 8.10 bobis. The displayed combined odds (≈ 2.42, the geometric mean) just tell you how daring your ticket is — nothing gets multiplied. No fantasy jackpot, an honest scoring system: every correct match pays its odds, full stop.

How to play

1. Create or join a league — one minute flat, invite by code or link.
2. Tick your picks before the matchday — 1 bobi per match. You can change a pick (choice and stake) up to 5 minutes before kickoff. Free, no extra cost.
3. Compare your ticket to the group consensus — who follows the pack, who goes for the stroke of genius.
4. Follow the live scores and talk trash — Wall of Fame for the visionaries, Wall of Shame for everyone else.

Yes. Bobis are virtual points, and Bobibets is free with up to 2 active leagues — ad-free. We monetise through the Légende subscription (unlimited leagues, detailed stats, top players’ picks), not banners.

Can I win real money?

No. Never. Bobis have no monetary value and cannot be converted into cash: that’s the whole point of the game.
